TileThief collects minimal data to enable gameplay:
Player names: The display name you type when creating or joining a game. This is not linked to any account or personal identity.
Game state: Board positions, tile racks, scores, and chat messages for active multiplayer games. This data is stored temporarily on our servers and automatically deleted when the game ends.
We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, location data, device identifiers, analytics, usage tracking, or any personally identifiable information. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels. We do not serve advertisements.
Multiplayer game data is stored on Supabase (hosted in Canada) during active games only. When a game ends, the game record is automatically deleted from the database. No game data is retained after completion.
Single-player games against the computer are processed entirely on your device. No data is sent to any server.
TileThief uses Supabase for real-time multiplayer functionality. Supabase's privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.
We do not share any data with advertisers, analytics providers, or any other third parties.
TileThief does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The game does not require account creation or any personal details to play.
Since TileThief does not create accounts or store persistent personal data, there is nothing to delete. Multiplayer game records are automatically removed when games end. If you have concerns, contact us at the address below.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
